Restoring Old Leather Strap
Hemorrhoids are classified as internal hemorrhoids and external hemorrhoids.
Internal hemorrhoids
occur when the veins dilate beyond their ability to retract. When the rest of the hemorrhoid shrinks the vein remains dilated vein carries the surrounding tissue and causes the appearance of an internal hemorrhoid. Internal hemorrhoids are a common condition in the anal canal, many people have internal hemorrhoids that do not cause problems
Internal hemorrhoids are classified with a grading system:
Grade One: the internal hemorrhoid protrudes not the anal canal, can cause other symptoms such as burning and bleeding.
Grade Two: Hemorrhoids are the first stage of prolapse, which means that protrudes in an evacuation and withdraw to their original position once the evacuation.
Grade Three: Hemorrhoids protrudes through the anal sphincter during evacuation and not retract once the evacuation, but will stay in if they are pushed manually. Hemorrhoids grade three have a higher tendency to bleed and become inflamed more easily.
Grade Four: hemorrhoid protrudes from the body all the time. If you are pushed back inside will quickly without effort required. This type of hemorrhoids require urgent treatment because they may bleed more easily, and may be internal clots, known as thrombosis.
External hemorrhoids
are caused by increased pressure of the external hemorrhoidal veins. They are usually more painful and cause more heat to the internal hemorrhoids. They can cause itching and bleeding.
